Their online store reflects that same attention to detail - clean layout, easy filtering by activity type, and genuinely helpful sizing guides. I picked up an Atmos AG 65 for a thru-hiking trip and the whole process was smooth. Free shipping is a nice touch, and the 60-day return window gave me peace of mind to test it on a few day hikes first. They accept PayPal and Afterpay too, which is great if you want to spread out the cost on their higher-end packs. Delivery took about 5 days to the East Coast. My one gripe is pricing - Osprey rarely runs sales, and their packs sit at the premium end compared to Gregory or Deuter. But honestly, their All Mighty Guarantee (lifetime warranty) makes up for that. If a zipper breaks in year three, they will fix it.
