The cases are decent quality with their EcoShock material providing reasonable drop protection. Payment options are extensive with Afterpay available for splitting purchases. However, I have some reservations. The pricing is steep for what are essentially fashion cases - you are regularly looking at $50-70 for a single case, which is hard to justify when Spigen offers comparable protection for a third of the price. The 14-day return window is frustratingly short, especially for custom orders. Free shipping only kicks in at $55, and delivery takes 5-10 days, which is slower than most competitors. The website itself is visually appealing but can feel overwhelming with all the collections and collabs. Casetify is great for style-conscious shoppers, but the value proposition is weak compared to less flashy alternatives.
