Specialized has been a cycling institution for decades and their online store lives up to the brand reputation. The product range is massive - road, mountain, gravel, e-bikes, plus all the gear and apparel you could want. Their Retul fit system integration online is a nice touch for getting the right size. Free shipping and Affirm financing help soften the blow of their premium pricing, because these bikes are not cheap. I ordered a set of Roubaix Pro tires and they arrived in about six days, well-packaged. The 30-day return policy is fine for accessories but feels tight for a bike purchase. My main criticism is that Specialized pushes you toward their dealer network for actual bike purchases, which somewhat defeats the purpose of shopping online. Pricing rarely dips below MSRP even during sales events. If you already know what you want from Specialized, the store works great. For browsing and comparing across brands, you might want to look elsewhere first.
